For Aroma Diffusers, Add 2-3 drops in to the diffuser. Diffuse in a well ventilated space for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not exceed 20 minutes.
For topical application, this oil must be diluted in a carrier oil of your choice, such as coconut oil, jojoba oil, or sweet almond oil. The recommended aromatherapy dilution rate for this oil is 1-2% essential oil in a carrier oil, which equates to approximately 6-9 drops of essential oil per 1 ounce of carrier oil. Always test on a small area of skin to ensure there is no irritation before using it more broadly. Underarm patch test for 48 hours is recommended
Do not apply on skin undiluted, it is recommended to wear gloves and protective gear to protect the skin.
